Is all training in house?

No!  We like to work in house as this saves you time and money and gives you more control, but we are happy to source venues and we also offer our own external courses

What is the maximum number of delegates?

Generally speaking it is 10, depending on the topic we can increase this - just ask us.

Can you help me to identify training needs?

If you are not sure what training you need we can help.  We offer a diagnostic service and can also help you with a training needs analysis plan too

What area do you cover?

We are based in the Midlands near to the NEC and we cover most areas of Enlgand and Wales.  We do not charge for travelling or expenses locally but we can quote you for these if you are further afield

Are your courses certificated?

We provide Academy Training Certificates to all delegates that attend our training.  These list the content of the course they have attended.  We can offer certified courses on request.

Our trainers are approved to deliver the ILM courses and are members of the ILM

Do you design bespoke courses?

Yes, we have designed and delivered bespoke courses for organisations including not for profits organisations to help their staff with recruiting volunteers and marketing.  Many skills are transferable so we can put these into context and research and deliver new materials based on your requirements
